How to get Poké Ball Pattern Vivillon in Pokémon Legends: Z-A

Game Freak and The Pokémon Company are distributing a Poké Ball Pattern Vivillon in Pokémon Legends: Z-A, now that players have worked hard enough to unlock it. It's the first time in 10 years that pattern of Vivillon has been available, and all you need to do to get it is claim it from Mystery Gift. Scatterbug and Spewpa are comparatively easy to get early in Legends: Z-A, though this one is special.

Below, we explain how to get the Poké Ball pattern Vivillon in Pokémon Legends: Z-A.

Your Vivillon should already come at level 66, and you have until Feb. 25, 2027 at 8:59 EST to claim it.

As of writing this, you can also claim the Spewpa with a random wing pattern from Mystery Gift, but only until Nov. 18 at 8:59 p.m. EST, so claim that one soon.

If you want more, you can catch Spewpa in Wild Zone 4 in the Rouge district.

That's in the northern part of the city near the Looker Bureau and a big shopping mall. However, Spewpa aren't terribly common there, and you're more likely to run into Spinarak and Gastly. You could just grab some Scatterbug from Wild Zone 1 and level them up instead. Scatterbug evolves into Spewpa at level nine, and then Spewpa evolves into Vivillon at level 12, so it wouldn't take a lot of extra training to get more Vivillon.
