With the free update to Hello Kitty Island Adventure, the Welcome Home quest helps you make permanent residences for all your Hello Kitty friends. Each friend requires a very specific set of furniture and other additions to make their home uniquely them. Here's what you'll need to do to get started and build their kits in Dream Homes, Part One.

Start making buildings with the drafting table, beginning with the perfect homes for your islanders.

After you create a drafting table and, with Chococat's help, make Hello Kitty her own home, you'll get a quest called Doorknob Know-How. While Chococat wasn't quite ready to get his own home, he was interested in the doorknob the mysterious stranger gave you.

Go and talk to him after you complete House Party to let him examine the doorknob; then he will take it to the Drafting Table.

When you get there to talk to him, My Melody and Badtz-maru are talking, and you find out Badtz-maru is looking for the mysterious stranger. While discussing it, Chococat is hard at work trying to figure out the doorknob.

He figures it out, and it opens the ability for you to make a door or stairs from the furniture tab when constructing the interior of the new homes or adjusting visitor cabins on the island. Chococat gives you the Square Doorway Construction Plan and Narrow Straight Stairs Construction Plan.

After being given the first four plans, you can get started on these homes to move the story forward.
