How to Beat The Hunt, Sixfold Scythe in Phantom Blade Zero

Hamza Haq serves as a writer for the gaming guides and lists department at GameRant, while dabbling in news coverage on the side. Based in Pakistan, he has been writing professionally about games since 2023, though his love for gaming stretches back much further.

A dedicated PC gamer and a firm believer in Keyboard/Mouse supremacy, he will play Tekken with WASD if you let him. Although he is a PC loyalist to the bone, he has a weakness for anything Nintendo. While he mainly enjoys RPGs, he is open to trying new things and exploring different genres, especially indies with cool ideas.

When he’s not bent over a keyboard, he’s reading fantasy novels, discovering obscure podcasts, experimenting with home-brewed coffee concoctions, and trying to convince his dad that his career is, in fact, a real job.

The Hunt, Sixfold Scythe is a main boss in Phantom Blade Zero who that need to beat in order to unlock the Hunter’s Chain Sickle Phantom Edge, which is not only a new weapon but also a traversal tool that opens up a lot of new areas in the game. Here’s how.

From story boss rewards to hidden quest unlocks, here's where to find every Phantom Edge in Phantom Blade Zero.

The Hunt boss has two phases in his fight. In phase 1, his name is The Hunt, Hunter of the Order, and in phase 2, his name changes to The Hunt, Sixfold Scythe.

The battle strategy for The Hunt boss is the same for both phases, though it is harder to execute in phase 2.
