Epic Officially Makes Free D&D Game Even Free-er This Week

This week, the Epic Games Store is offering DLC for an idle Dungeons & Dragons game as well as a great PC game to Epic users for free. For a limited time, you can grab new characters for Idle Champions of the Forgotten Realms and a cozy base-building game at no charge.

Idle Champions of the Forgotten Realms is a D&D idle strategy management sim. As an auto-battler, your champions will fight on your behalf while you're not actively in the game. Free at Epic is Morte's Renown Pack, focusing on the floating skull from Planescape: Torment. Epic values the pack at $100, and it includes Morte, Nordom, Donaar, Sentry, and Sheila; 32 Platinum Chests each; two week-long potions; and an exclusive Kapak Draconian familiar. Morte's basic attack is a bite — makes sense, as he is just a floating skull, after all — and his ultimate ability summons his skeletal friends to chomp down on enemies.

Flotsam is a cute and cozy base-building sim where you create a floating home out on the water. Create workshops, gardens, and an entire town out of ocean garbage like driftwood and discarded plastic, and gradually turn that thriving town into its own ecosystem with new technology. Travel around to explore, uncover ruins, and rescue survivors. Over on Steam, Flotsam has over 2,000 Very Positive player reviews.

If free content for Idle Champions of the Forgotten Realms and Flotsam catch your eye, all you need to do is log in to the Epic Games Store and claim them.
