Cozy After Dark Showcase shows off more than 50 indie game trailers

Three indie game supporters launched the first Cozy After Dark Showcase aired on YouTube and Twitch with more than 50 game trailers and developer spotlights.

The showcase was presented by Dames 4 Games, indie game publisher Draknek & Friends, and creative agency Continue. (You can watch it here).

For the uninitiated who’ve been living in a deep, dank, firelit cave: Cozy After Dark highlights games that pair the strange and mysterious with comfort and calm.

From Akupara Games’ upcoming expansion The Darkside Detective: Backside of the Moon, to a new look at the ghostly coming-of-age Usual June, and hidden gems like the 1990s-inspired desktop horror adventure SPRKLS.exe, Cozy After Dark was filled with offbeat spooky delights of various genres.

Cozy After Dark also featured numerous developer spotlights, giving a deeper look at the making of titles such as Black Tabby Games’ visual novel Scarlet Hollow, the upcoming, fully hand-drawn action adventure Murals, and Blumhouse Games’ narrative farming sim Grave Seasons, among others.

The Road of Dust and Sorrow (Painted Black Games and Silver Lining Interactive)

The Darkside Detective: Backside of the Moon (Spooky Doorway / Akupara Games)

[Developer Spotlight] A Vampyre Story: A Bat’s Tale (Tag of Joy, Autumn Moon Games)

An archive of the full stream of the showcase is available here: https://youtu.be/7VJ07UqoUyI

The showcase kicked off the Cozy After Dark Steam event, running October 12-19, where players can discover featured games, try new and updated demos, take advantage of special discounts and wishlist upcoming titles revealed during the show.
