To get the Power Switch Relic, you're going to need a Combat Axe (acquired from the Crafting Table under Lethal Equipment) and a Sniper Rifle, as you need a scope so you can look at specific things outside the map. We recommend the Shadow SK Wallbuy from Tyr's Shoulder.
There are 4 altars outside the map, and each of them has a set number of deer skulls . You need to aim at the altars, count the deer heads, and remember the location of each altar and the deer heads .
