The keys of the Diadem in Fire Emblem: Fortune's Weave are unique items you can find while exploring certain dungeons during the Salvation arc. In Part 3 of the game, most of the time you will be looking for ways to level up your units and prepare for trying to close the many gates appearing in the world map. Because of that, you will want to visit all the dungeons you can, which may lead you to a chest containing one of these mysterious keys.

You will need the keys of the Diadem to unlock the divine license items, which you use to change a character to a divine class. While you need to progress to the Fourth Section, "The Hopes of Monarchs and of People," in Part 3 to collect the license items and change to a divine class, it's possible to find the keys during the previous sections of the final act. There are only five keys, and you will need to collect them from chests you find in specific dungeons. None of the ones containing a key of the Diadem are difficult to locate. Since the game displays the number of chests present in each dungeon, you can always verify if you left an unopened chest behind.
