It's the constantly shifting AFK Journey tier list of new and old characters, whose power varies with every incoming patch, and we are moving them accordingly.

We've been playing this even before it got released, so we've seen how the meta has changed over time. If you are starting your adventure in the fantasy world of Esperia, below and on the next pages, you will find everything that you need to know.

This is a constantly updated AFK Journey tier list. Previously, it was based on my experience playing the closed beta version, and it was based on different things compared to this one. For example, during CBT, characters that were easy to upgrade with shards were a priority due to the limited time we had to play. Now, this isn't an issue anymore.

Of course, now we have many new characters that were not included before, like Pandora, Pang, Saida and Zandrok. 

So, without wasting any more time, let's get straight into an updated version of the AFK Journey tier list!

Characters in this tier are considered by the AFK Journey community to be the very best at the moment. When it comes to story mode (and beyond), they can carry you from the early to the very late stages. Long story short, if you have any of them, you will have a much easier time clearing content.

S-Tier characters are great overall. But, since this is primarily an AFK Journey tier list for story mode, they are not as overpowered as the SS-Tier options.
