5 Naruto Characters Who Were Permanently Nerfed In Boruto

The world of Naruto is filled with some of the most talented anime fighters. The author, Masashi Kishimoto, made it a point to put in several powerful individuals who were capable of accomplishing many great things. By the time Naruto came to an end, fans had seen multiple characters who were capable of facing entire armies on their own.

Boruto has grown so strong that even the Gods of the Naruto world would lose in a 1 vs. 1 battle with him.

Considering how they all finished on such high notes, the audience was expecting the strongest characters from Naruto to keep the momentum going in the sequel. Unfortunately, Ikemoto had other plans as he decided to nerf some of these characters permanently. The decision has not gone down well with the audience, but there isn't much that they can do to change things.

Naruto Uzumaki is the titular protagonist of Masashi Kishimoto's manga. As the main lead, Naruto was always the center of attention, and he was also the recipient of some of the most incredible powers in the story. The powers that he received included the Six Paths Sage Mode and the Nine-Tails Chakra Mode made Naruto the strongest ninja in history, meaning he surpassed everyone, including the legendary Hashirama Senju.

When Naruto began to serialize, fans were confident that Naruto Uzumaki would maintain his status as a person of the utmost importance. Sadly, that wasn't the case. Naruto ended up losing the Nine-Tails while fighting Isshiki Otsutsuki.
