Clean-label nutraceutical brand Wellbeing Nutrition more than doubled its revenue in FY26, while its losses widened 2.4X to Rs 92 crore. The financial performance comes just after pharmaceutical major USV acquired a 79% stake in the company.

According to financial statements reviewed by Entrackr, Wellbeing Nutrition’s revenue from operations grew to Rs 244 crore in FY26 from Rs 118 crore in FY25.

Founded in 2019, Wellbeing Nutrition operates in the nutraceutical segment, offering products across vitamins, minerals, protein, collagen, omega supplements and other wellness categories. The company sells through its own website, online marketplaces and offline retail channels, and has a presence in markets such as the US, UK and UAE.

Product sales were the company’s sole source of operating revenue during the year. Its portfolio includes collagen supplements, oral strips, marine collagen, slow-release capsules and effervescent tablets.

On the cost side, advertising and promotional expenses surged 78.7% to Rs 109 crore in FY26 from Rs 61 crore in FY25, accounting for around 32% of the company’s total expenditure. Meanwhile, the cost of materials consumed more than doubled to Rs 106 crore during the year.

Other expenses, including freight, commissions, legal fees and overheads, pushed the company’s total expenditure to Rs 338 crore in FY26, up 115.3% from Rs 157 crore in FY25.

As a result, Wellbeing Nutrition’s losses increased to Rs 92 crore in FY26 from Rs 38 crore in the previous fiscal year, despite the strong growth in revenue.
