Wealthtech startup PowerUp Money raises $10 Mn led by Flourish Ventures

Wealthtech platform PowerUp Money has raised $10 million in a funding round led by Flourish Ventures, with participation from existing investors Peak XV Partners, Accel, Blume Ventures, Kae Capital, 8i Ventures and DeVC.

Back in December 2025, PowerUp Money had raised $12 million in Series A funding round led by Peak XV and others.

The fresh capital will be used to develop its AI-led wealth management solutions and expand its advisory offerings. Its mutual fund advisory subscription, PowerUp Elite, has crossed 1 lakh paid members within a year of launch.

Founded in 2025 by Prateek Jindal, the Bengaluru-based startup said it serves over 1.5 million users who track mutual fund portfolios worth more than Rs 2.5 lakh crore on its platform.

The company has also launched Elite Prime, an AI-enabled digital wealth advisory product that offers personalised asset allocation, SIP and lump-sum investment plans, portfolio rebalancing and withdrawal strategies based on an investor's financial goals and risk profile. It also provides an AI wealth coach and personal assistant to guide investment decisions.

Another offering, Infinite, provides managed wealth advisory covering financial planning, portfolio construction, multi-asset allocation and ongoing portfolio management. The company said Infinite has reached nearly Rs 500 crore in assets under management (AUM) within around nine months of launch, despite being available to a limited set of customers.

Through Elite, Elite Prime and Infinite, the startup is building a platform combining mutual fund advisory, AI-led digital wealth management and human-led portfolio management.
