Sauce leads Rs 10 Cr seed round in lab-grown diamond jewellery brand So/Facet

So/Facet, a lab-grown diamond jewellery brand, has raised Rs 10 crore in a seed funding round led by Sauce. The round also saw participation from Mokobara co-founders Sangeet Agrawal and Navin Parwal, the Chona family office, Kedar Lele, and Devaiah Bopanna, co-founder of Moonshot.

The proceeds will be used for brand building, design, technology, hiring and an omnichannel rollout, So/Facet said in a press release.

Co-founded this year by former Unilever leaders Aarushi Agrawal Naulakha and Abhishek Naulakha, So/Facet offers in-house designs featuring IGI-certified lab-grown diamonds. The brand plans to launch online in November 2026, followed by premium retail stores.

Its six launch collections feature lab-grown diamonds in different cuts and contemporary designs. So/Me offers shapes such as stars and butterflies, while So/Pop combines diamonds with colourful, stackable enamel charms. So/Icon focuses on sculptural jewellery designs.

The company is also developing an omnichannel model that will integrate digital and physical touchpoints for jewellery discovery, purchases and upgrades. It has built a pre-launch waitlist of more than 200 potential customers, according to the company.

In the lab-grown diamond jewellery segment, Aukera raised Rs 90 crore in debt funding from Alteria Capital in July this year, following a $15 million equity round led by Peak XV Partners. Limelight Lab Grown Diamonds raised Rs 275 crore in July to strengthen its vertical integration, manufacturing and retail expansion.

5 crore in pre-seed funding led by Zeropearl VC last year. GIVA raised Rs 530 crore in June 2025, with plans to expand its lab-grown diamond jewellery offerings alongside its broader jewellery business.
