Fractal Analytics has appointed Shilpa Kedia as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective October 19, 2026.
She will lead the company’s global finance operations, focusing on profitable growth, capital allocation and investments in AI research, platforms and products.
Kedia joins Fractal from Johnson & Johnson (J&J), where she served as CFO of its India Medical Devices and Technology business. Before that, she spent four years at Hindustan Unilever, holding leadership roles in investor relations, group finance, mergers and acquisitions, treasury and insurance.
She also spent nearly a decade at J&J across its consumer and MedTech businesses and five years at Nokia India. She began her career through the Tata Administrative Services leadership programme at the Tata Group.
At Fractal, Kedia will focus on directing investments towards the company’s AI platforms and products, developing pricing models linked to the value delivered to clients, and connecting these investments with long-term earnings growth.
Kedia’s appointment follows the resignation of Ashwath Bhat as CFO and Group CFO.
