Deeptech robotics startup Armatrix has raised Rs 67.28 crore in a seed funding round led by UK-based Crane Venture Partners, along with participation from new and existing investors.
The fresh funding comes less than a year after its pre-seed round and values the company nearly 5X higher than its previous round.
In January 2026, Armatrix had raised $2.1 million in a pre-seed round led by pi Ventures, with participation from Inuka Capital, Boundless Ventures, Boost VC, Turbostart and gradCapital.
According to regulatory filings accessed by Entrackr, the company has allotted 4,070 compulsory convertible preference shares (CCPS) at an issue price of Rs 1,64,900 per share, along with 10 equity shares, to raise the capital.
The funding round appears to be ongoing, with the Delhi-based company likely to raise more capital in subsequent tranches.
Crane Venture Partners led the round with an investment of Rs 40 crore. Existing investor pi Ventures infused Rs 15 crore, followed by gradCapital with Rs 4.52 crore, Boundless Ventures with Rs 2.5 crore and Inuka Capital with Rs 2.37 crore. NKSquared also joined the round with an investment of Rs 2.37 crore, marking its entry into the company.
Among other investors, AL Trust, Saurabh Chandra, Unacademy co-founder Roman Saini and existing investor Narayan Rangarajan collectively invested Rs 67 lakh in the round.
8X to Rs 360 crore in the seed round from Rs 75 crore in its pre-seed round. The company plans to use the fresh proceeds for business expansion and general corporate purposes.
