D2C apparel brand ReplyAll raises Rs 9.7 Cr in pre-Series A round

Direct-to-consumer (D2C) apparel brand ReplyAll has raised Rs 9.7 crore in pre-Series A funding round co-led by Sadev Ventures and Atom XVII. The round also saw participation from ISV and Long View Ventures, along with existing investors Sparrow and Antler, and a group of angel investors.

The brand had previously secured Rs 6.8 crore ($750K) in its first funding round led by Sparrow Capital and Antler India, with participation from Bharat Founders Fund, DeVC, and several D2C founders in Dec. last year.

The proceeds will be used to invest in fabric research and development, product design, new categories, and the brand’s retail and community presence, ReplyAll said in a press release.

Launched in 2025 by Rushabh Sanghavi, ReplyAll offers performance wear and everyday apparel designed for work, travel, workouts and casual wear.

The Bengaluru-based brand focuses on versatile styling, functional details and material innovation to develop clothing for everyday use.

According to the company, its Temperform™ fabric, used in the Coolest Tee, is designed to help manage heat during everyday activities and sports. Its Flexknit™ material offers stretch and wrinkle resistance in trousers designed for work, travel and casual wear. ReplyAll plans to invest in further fabric research and expand its product categories.

The company said it has recorded month-on-month revenue growth over the past seven months. Its first three product launches, the Coolest Tee, All-In Pants and Stepwise Tee, sold out, while repeat customers account for 40% of its revenue.
