Synova Global partners with Eventus to leverage Validus trade surveillance platform for its markets

Eventus, a leading provider of comprehensive, at-scale trade surveillance and financial risk solutions, and Synova Global, the newly launched exchange-as-a-service company, announced that Synova will leverage the Eventus Validus platform as part of its exchange infrastructure offering for the markets it introduces. The partnership will kick off with the deployment of Validus for compute marketplace NativX, Synova Global’s first market.

Synova Global officials said that trade surveillance is central to its mission of creating stable, reliable markets, with robust surveillance protecting market integrity, deterring manipulation and bad actors, and ensuring market participants will feel secure and confident trading on NativX and other markets the company launches in the future.

Cole Crawford, founder and CEO of Synova Global and founder and chairman of NativX, said: “AI’s continued growth depends on turning compute from a fragmented, unpredictable operating cost into transparent, manageable market infrastructure. But a market is only as strong as the trust its participants place in it. As accelerated compute becomes an asset class, institutions and regulators need confidence that every price is fair and every trade is monitored. Eventus has earned the trust of regulators and brings deep experience across exchanges, futures commission merchants (FCMs) and broker-dealers. This partnership gives NativX traders institutional-grade surveillance from day one, built to scale as the world’s newest commodity market grows.”

Eventus CEO Cameron Routh said: “Eventus has a powerful track record of establishing the benchmark for best-in-class trade surveillance across new and emerging markets, including digital assets and, more recently, prediction markets.
