Socure, the leading AI-native trust infrastructure for global identity and risk intelligence, announced the appointment of Rohan Sivaram as Chief Financial Officer. The appointment marks Socure’s next chapter as a scaled, profitable company, following its August strategic growth investment led by Summit Partners at a $5.2 billion valuation, the acquisition of agentic operations platform Fravity, now RiskOS_Agents, and ongoing massive year-over-year growth. Socure’s Q3 momentum, announced earlier this month, included $42.7 million in bookings and $34.2 million in renewals.
At the same time, AI-accelerated fraud across Socure’s network grew more than 8,000% year over year, underscoring the need for trusted identity as businesses interact with both people and AI agents. Socure also recently announced Agent Intelligence, a suite of solutions that empowers organizations to embrace agentic traffic safely, stop fraud, and power agentic interactions to continue growth.
“Socure sits at the intersection of a massive technology shift with AI and the critical trust problem it has created,” said Rohan Sivaram, Chief Financial Officer of Socure. “Helping build the infrastructure that tells businesses who people are, and increasingly who’s AI agents they’re dealing with, alongside a team executing at this level, isn’t an opportunity you see everyday. I’m excited to take it on.”
Sivaram joins a leadership team Socure has steadily built out over the past year, including the appointment of Colton Pond as Chief Marketing Officer, Chung-Man Tam as Chief Product Officer, Pablo Abreu as Chief AI and Innovation Officer, and Mark Carter as Chief Information Security Officer.
