Frontier 2026 focused on the challenges our customers are facing today, from modernizing legacy systems to putting intelligence to work in ways that deliver measurable value. Customer perspectives, expert insights and practical sessions gave attendees a forum to compare experiences and identify next steps.

“Frontier firms aren’t built by technology alone. They’re built by people ready to lead with it,” says Adam Elster, CEO of Majesco. “Frontier 2026 brought people together to work through real challenges and leave with a plan. The conversations were candid, energized, and focused on what comes next. We’re so grateful to every customer, partner and industry leader who joined us, and we’re committed to turning what we heard into action.”

Opening keynotes from Zack Kass, former Head of GTM at OpenAI, and Majesco’s executive team shared the company’s strategy and the innovations in its Fall ‘26 release, Rise to the Frontier. The release advances Majesco’s Intelligent Core across P&C, LA&H, and Retirement & Pension. It introduces Immersive AI, a redesigned experience that brings AI agents into core workflows to work alongside people. Agents can surface context, recommend next steps and handle routine work within guardrails, while people remain in control of judgment and decisions.
