Savvy Wealth unveils custodial platform for independent RIAs

Savvy Wealth, an AI-native wealth management platform serving independent financial advisors, has rolled out Savvy Custodial Platform, a new custody offering designed for registered investment advisor (RIA) owners and firms.

The platform lets independent RIAs bring new clients on board in as little as 90 seconds and transfer assets with just a few clicks. It aims to replace the paper-heavy, slow processes associated with traditional custodial arrangements with a digital and personalised experience for advisors and their clients.

Account opening and funding happen digitally, removing the need for forms and waits of several days. The software is designed around the way advisors work day to day. Advisors can also white-label the experience so clients see their firm’s branding rather than a third party’s, while CRM, billing, trading and reporting tools sit together in a single connected system.

According to Savvy, custody is the area where RIAs often find their independence limited. Although an RIA owner may control their firm, client book and investment choices, many still depend on custodial systems built decades ago, which involve paper forms, account openings that take days and lengthy service queues. The new platform is intended to carry the independence found across Savvy’s RIA offerings into the custodial infrastructure layer, saving advisors time and making it easier to serve clients.

Savvy said the infrastructure was developed in close collaboration with advisors, drawing on the real problems they face to create a better solution for RIAs.

Advisors registered under Savvy’s own RIA can already use this custodial integration.
