Meta’s Muse AI Agent Arrives in Singapore With Grab, Shopee and More

Meta has launched its personal AI agent Muse in Singapore, allowing users to manage everyday tasks across shopping, travel and productivity apps.

Users can connect Muse to Gmail, Google Calendar and Instagram to manage emails, coordinate schedules and access saved content.

The AI agent also supports services from local launch partners including Shopee, Grab, Singapore Airlines, Agoda, ShopBack, Klook, Trip.com and Lazada.

These integrations will allow users to compare prices on Shopee and Lazada, shop for groceries through GrabMart and explore dining options through Grab Dine Out.

Travel-related features include exploring booking options through Singapore Airlines, Agoda, Klook and Trip.com. ShopBack will provide access to cashback offers and dining deals.

The integrations will roll out gradually, with some features becoming available after launch.

Muse runs on a cloud-based system called Muse Secure VM, which stores data and login credentials for connected services without exposing passwords or payment details to the AI agent.

Users control which services Muse can access and must approve sensitive actions such as sending emails or making purchases.

“Muse is your personal agent, built to help make everyday life easier. We are connecting Muse with some of the most iconic brands in Singapore and the region, so you can get things done with the services you already use and love.”

Muse is available in Singapore on iOS, Android and muse.ai, with support for AI glasses planned.

The service offers free access for most everyday tasks, alongside paid subscription plans for additional capabilities.
