Finalytics.ai, the behavioral intelligence and personalization platform for community banks and credit unions, announced the launch of a personalized digital experience for Travis Credit Union, built around what each member is trying to accomplish. Whether someone is opening their first account, shopping for an auto loan or exploring ways to save, the credit union’s website now recognizes that need and responds to it, instead of showing every person the same page.

The change reflects a simple idea at the center of how Travis serves its 280,000 members: no two members are in the same place, and the credit union should meet each of them where they are. In a branch, a Travis team member listens first and then helps. The personalized experience brings that same approach online.
For members, the difference shows up in small, practical ways. A young adult researching their first credit card sees plain-language guidance on building credit rather than a wall of products. A family comparing auto loans sees the rate, the monthly payment and a clear path to pre-approval. Each person spends less time hunting and more time getting the thing done that brought them there.
“Our members know what it feels like to walk into a Travis branch and be recognized. We wanted the same thing online. Every member should feel that the experience was built for them, because it was. This is about listening to what each person needs and making it easier for them to reach their goals,” said Grant Karsas, Vice President, Digital Experience at Travis Credit Union.
