The smart home accessories introduced by Apple include Apple HomeView, a device that can sit on a tabletop or be mounted on a wall and provides access to entertainment, connection and smart home management; Apple TV 4K, which delivers an immersive home theater experience and can be controlled by talking to Siri; HomePod mini 2, which features Siri AI and enhanced audio experiences; and the Apple Home Collection, which includes smart cameras, thermostats and a door lock.
In his Tuesday investor note, Ives said, per the Seeking Alpha report: “Apple also disclosed that server-side Apple Intelligence features carry daily usage limits, with expanded access to come for a fee, which we view as a clear signal that paid Siri AI access is on the way and a building block of the AI monetization we believe could drive an additional 15%+ of Services revenues over the next few years.”
