5 Up-and-Coming Proptech Startups from Singapore to Watch

Singapore’s real estate and property technology (proptech) market is anchored by a deep residential asset base and recurring transaction, leasing, management and advisory activity. In 2025, the city-state contained more than 1.1 million residential units, creating sustained demand for brokerage, valuation, mortgage facilitation, marketplace, property-management and building-technology services.

This market had a valuation which some industry observers estimate stood at US$17 billion in 2025, and through 2032, is expected to rise by 5.8% annually through 2032 to US$25 billion. This growth will be primarily driven by technological advancements, a robust economy that encourages investment in real estate and innovative proptech, and increasing demand for smart buildings and sustainable living solutions.

Within Singapore’s proptech sector, several young players are rising, standing out for their strong momentum and growth potential. These players, which operate across rental management, building inspection, and real estate investment, among other areas, have achieved major progress over the past year, securing capital and expanding abroad, and are expected to maintain steady growth from this year forward.
