The Ioniq 6 has received a facelift, and with it, new UK pricing. Hyundai's updated electric saloon is now available to order from a starting price of £33,240. Deliveries are planned for early 2027.
First unveiled in April 2025, the updated Ioniq 6 went on sale in Germany (DE) in January of this year. At launch, German prices started at €45,550 for the 63 kWh entry-level version, with a 84 kWh battery that increases range to 680 km WLTP available on higher trim levels.
Nearly 11 months later, and the electric saloon has finally made it to UK shores. The UK line-up is comprised of five versions across three trim levels: Premium, N Line, and N Line Evo. Unlike Germany, where the Ioniq 6 is available with both 63 kWh and 84 kWh batteries, all UK versions notably include the larger 84 kWh battery as standard.
Regarding pricing: both the entry-level Premium and N Line RWD models qualify for the UK government’s fully £3,750 Electric Car Grant (ECG), with list prices inclusive of the grant. The Premium RWD version therefore starts at £33,240 after the grant – undercutting the Tesla Model 3 by around £5,000, according to Auto Express – while the sportier N Line RWD begins at £36,240.
However, the all-wheel-drive versions exceed the price threshold for the full discount. Therefore, the N Line AWD starts at £43,490, while the range-topping N Line Evo costs £43,270 with RWD and £46,770 with all-wheel drive. For reference, the Premium offers a maximum WLTP range of 422 miles, while the N Line and N Line Evo achieve up to 364 miles in RWD form.
