October Prime Day 2026, commonly referred to as the Amazon Prime Big Deal Days, runs for just 48 hours: starting at 3:01 a.m. EST on October 6 and wrapping up at 2:59 a.m. EST on October 8. This year, Amazon’s fashion and beauty deals are reaching 50-percent-off levels, and they’re affecting products you actually have on your wishlist (as well as all over your TikTok FYP).

Remember, Prime Big Deal Days is an exclusive shopping event for Amazon Prime members only. If you’re not part of this club yet, the mega retailer is offering everyone a 30-day free Prime trial. Furthermore, all 18- to 24-year-olds can take advantage of something called Prime for Young Adults, unlocking not only the fast, free shipping Prime is lauded for but also perks such as cash back on certain purchases, unlimited streaming with Prime Video, and savings at the pump.

Like its more publicized counterpart that happens at the peak of summer, 2026’s October Prime Day is overflowing with thousands of markdowns — and it hasn’t even officially begun! That being said, if you don’t shop for a living, it can be tough to separate the faux deals (read: inflated original prices) from the legitimate ones.
