The Cast of ‘The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping’ Brought Glow and Glam to the London Movie Premiere

The upcoming installment in the dystopian franchise brought out the creative beauty in their Gen Z stars.

A new dawn is upon the “Hunger Games” universe. The franchise’s highly anticipated upcoming installment, “Sunrise on the Reaping,” held a fan screening and premiere in London on Wednesday and its cast did not disappoint when it came to beauty.

A prequel to the beloved trilogy starring Jennifer Lawrence as Katniss Everdeen, “Sunrise on the Reaping” follows the tale of Katniss’ mentor Haymitch Abernathy and takes place 24 years before the events of the first “Hunger Games” book/movie.

Now, it’s time for a whole new crop of Gen Z stars to make the iconic franchise their own, beginning with the red carpet. From Whitney Peak‘s ethereal glow to the pops of color in Mckenna Grace‘s makeup, these tributes made quite an impression with their beauty looks on the red carpet.

Here, WWD breaks down the young cast’s glam at the London premiere of “Sunrise on the Reaping.”

With a dress that her opulent character Effie Trinket would surely approve of, there’s no doubt why Elle Fanning went the simple route with her glam. A vision in pink, Fanning accented her Robert Wun ballerina-esque ensemble with plenty of light blush, giving her a rosy-cheeked glow. A metallic-tinged ballet pink appeared on her lips along with a smattering of brown freckles across her nose and cheeks.

Fanning pulled her blond locks into a bun, although most of her hairdo was covered by her elaborate headpiece.
