Oracle launches Claw-powered Fusion apps for CX teams

Oracle has introduced Claw-powered Fusion agentic applications for customer experience, aimed at sales and service teams using Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.

The new applications are designed to handle more complex work with greater autonomy while staying within governance controls set by organisations. Oracle is positioning them within its broader Fusion Cloud Applications portfolio and its push into AI-based business software.

The launch centres on Oracle Fusion Claw, which Oracle describes as a governed execution runtime for agentic applications. It is intended to let software agents carry out tasks involving reasoning, computation, modelling, simulation and continuous replanning, rather than being limited to narrower assistant functions.

Oracle said the applications can be used to align sales territories with demand, identify service issues before they become prolonged problems, plan field service resources, and manage configuration changes in configure, price and quote processes.

The company also introduced an executive briefing tool within the same set of applications. Oracle said it can compile account engagement information, company news, product footprint, revenue potential and organisational hierarchy into a briefing document that updates as account data changes.

Among the named applications is Account Territory Growth Plan, which Oracle said models different territory scenarios, compares trade-offs and recommends coverage and opportunity allocation within business constraints before taking authorised action. Another, Service Health Check, is designed to spot emerging service-performance issues, identify likely root causes and prepare actions for review and execution.

Strategic Field Demand Planning focuses on balancing field capacity with customer demand while managing overtime costs. Oracle said it predicts resource needs, flags coverage gaps and prepares resource changes for review before executing approved decisions.
