Oracle has launched an agentic AI platform for Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications implementations through Oracle AI Success Navigator.
The new offering is designed to help customers implement and modernise Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, including organisations moving from on-premises systems or third-party software, as well as those adopting Oracle's latest AI features.
The platform is built on the Oracle Fusion Setup and Configuration Registry, or FSCR, which Oracle describes as a machine-readable source for setup, configuration and product-defined best practices in Oracle Fusion applications. Oracle maintains the registry to capture setup definitions and product knowledge as reusable AI skills.
Those AI skills are intended to let software agents plan, execute, test and validate setup and configuration work directly in Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications. Oracle says this approach combines specialised AI agents, implementation expertise and guided learning to reduce manual work and simplify deployment tasks.
Oracle AI Success Navigator, previously known as Oracle Cloud Success Navigator, is an interactive digital platform that provides implementation tools, guidance and best practices for Oracle Fusion customers. Its tools and services now include AI-based guidance, offering recommendations and suggested actions based on customer context, subscriptions, configuration data, adoption data and Oracle best practices.
Oracle is also adding a set of specialised AI agents to support implementation work. These include a Discovery Agent for analysing current environments and identifying process gaps, risks and opportunities for modernisation; a Design Agent for turning business processes into application designs; and a Configuration Agent for building Oracle Fusion configurations from customer designs and business processes.
