Lengow acquires Daily&Co

French ecommerce automation platform Lengow has acquired Daily&Co, a provider of multi-channel marketplace integration and distribution software solutions. The companies have not released any financial details about the deal. As a result of the acquisition, Lengow can offer catalogue management services.

Lengow is a French platform that was founded in 2009. It provides AI-powered feed management, global price monitoring and data tools to help brands and retailers grow online. According to the company, it now connects over 3,600 customers to thousands of advertising channels and marketplaces, in more than 60 countries.

In 2022, Lengow acquired Netrivals, a software provider for price comparison. Now it has acquired another company, Daily&Co, to expand its platform. Daily&Co is based in Lisbon and runs marketplace sales for brands and manufacturers, on more than 40 marketplaces in Europe and North America.

Daily&Co is known for its ecommerce and catalogue managed services, which support brands and retailers in their end-to-end marketplace operations. This service will now be added to Lengow’s platform. Daily&Co was already working with Lengow’s technology, but now the companies will join.

“Today, brands expect more than technology alone: they want a partner that can run their channels with them. By combining DAILY&CO’s ecommerce and catalogue managed services with our platform, we can now offer that complete support. Our relationship with our partners at DAILY&CO allows us to leverage the potential of generative AI services and help our customers in their catalogue management tasks. The combination of platform automation, deep channel integrations, expert managed services and global reach gives the company a powerful advantage in a market experiencing growth and increasing complexity”, said Nicolas Appert, CEO of Lengow.
