KKCL plans 50-70 stores, targets 15-18 per cent growth with Kraus, Killer on fast track

Kewal Kiran Clothing (KKCL) aims for 15-18 percent organic revenue growth while adding 50-70 new stores. The company targets a long-term revenue CAGR of around 20 percent, influenced by both organic and inorganic growth. KKCL's brands, including Kraus and Killer, are being repositioned to attract new consumer segments. The company is also developing additional brands and exploring opportunities in women's wear and kids' wear.

Kewal Kiran Clothing ( KKCL ) is targeting 15-18 per cent organic revenue growth this fiscal year and plans to add 50-70 stores, as it scales Kraus, strengthens its core Killer brand and pivots smaller brands towards new channels and consumer segments. The company, which operates a portfolio including Killer, Lawman, Easies, Integriti, and Kraus, expects its three-year revenue CAGR to reach around 20 per cent when inorganic growth is factored in. “We want to grow on a 20 per cent basis organically. We see that we can grow from 15 to 18 per cent. For the additional delta of 5 per cent, we will go for inorganic growth,” said Pankaj Jain , president, KKCL. Advt

However, the company does not intend to pursue acquisitions every year. “Such inorganic growth will not be every year; it will be once in three years,” Jain said. KKCL currently has around 660 stores, including approximately 420 Killer stores, 80-85 Lawman stores and 30-35 Kraus stores. Around 500 outlets are franchisee-operated, while nearly 150 are company-owned.
