Katie Holmes Welcomes Fall With Chocolate Brown Knit Boots From Vivaia

Katie Holmes brought out some fall wardrobe staples for a recent stroll in New York City including a pair of chocolate brown boots from Vivaia.

Holmes stepped out in Vivaia’s Aida Knee High Boot in Dark Chocolate, a silhouette hailing from Alan Buanne‘s debut fall 2026 collection for the comfort-focused brand. The Aida boot presents a blend of velvet and wool knit to create a rich texture, an S-curve silhouette and a roomy square toe, which offers extra space for natural movement.

The Aida boot is also a practical option with the brand’s signature Comfort V-Pro WalkSole, a water-repellent upper and flexible anti-slip outsole. Priced at $239, the style is also offered in Vintage Khaki and black.

Holmes’ look allowed her Vivaia boots to stand out; she embraced a slouchy pant look by tucking her belted dark wash jeans into her boots. The actress also wore a gray speckled knit sweater with a frayed hem, completing her autumnal ensemble which relied on the blending of neutral colors. She kept accessories to a minimum but carried a black bag.

This is just Holmes’ latest outing in Vivaia footwear. She’s also worn the brand’s quilted Margot flat, for instance, to go with a white midi skirt and simple coral T-shirt. A long list of other celebrities like Anne Hathaway and Bella Hadid have incorporated Vivaia shoes into their wardrobes.

Holmes has been busy lately, from attending the Metropolitan Opera opening night gala on Tuesday to sitting front row at the Tod’s spring 2027 show at Milan Fashion Week on Friday.
