The core of the offering revolves around updates to two of Tecovas bestselling women’s shoe silhouettes, the Loretta and the Jamie.
On Wednesday, the Austin-based Western brand revealed an upcoming collection with Los Angeles-based fashion brand Anine Bing that includes two pairs of boots and a range of accessories.
The core of the offering revolves around updates to two of Tecovas bestselling women’s shoe silhouettes, the Loretta and the Jamie.
For this collaboration, the Loretta boot is crafted from soft goat leather with a polished finish. Intricate embroidery and precise star inlays trace its 17-inch shaft, an exclusive star-motif toecap carries the detail to the toe, and a French-seamed topline finishes the style.
As for the Jamie, it’s a round-toe classic with an 11-inch shaft and signature eight-row stitching. The style is crafted from goat leather and features intricate star embroidery across the shaft, an exclusive Anine Bing star toe bug, and a French-seamed topline. Both boots are handcrafted with a hung leather lining.
The assortment is rounded out by two cowboy hat styles and two belt designs, including the Anine Bing x Tecovas Plaque Buckle Belt, a U.S.-exclusive style. The belt is made in Mexico and cut from genuine cowhide leather in a sleek 1-ply, 1.5-inch width. Its buckle is finished with antique nickel hardware and an engraved plaque buckle.
Samantha Fodrowski, senior vice president of brand marketing at Tecovas, told FN that the Western brand has “admired” Anine Bing for a long time.
“Western has become part of how people get dressed every day, far beyond the West , and few brands understand modern wardrobe essentials like Anine Bing does,” Fodrowski said.
