Shiprocket, an ecommerce enablement platform for MSMEs, turned profitable in the second quarter of FY27, reporting a net profit of Rs 60 lakh for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, against a net loss of Rs 20.3 crore in the corresponding period last year.

The company's revenue from operations increased 35% year-on-year (YoY) to Rs 673.6 crore during the quarter. Adjusted EBITDA stood at Rs 14.2 crore, compared with a loss in the year-ago period.

Shiprocket's core business revenue grew 25% YoY to Rs 461.5 crore, while its emerging business revenue increased 61% to Rs 212.2 crore. Within the emerging business, Martech revenue grew 102%, while the omnichannel business registered 79% growth during the quarter.

Shiprocket attributed the growth in its omnichannel business to brands using its platform to replenish quick commerce dark stores. Its appointment-based delivery services allow brands to schedule deliveries and access real-time purchase order visibility from platforms such as Blinkit and Zepto.

The company's contribution increased 43% YoY to Rs 130 crore, accounting for 19.3% of revenue. The core business generated adjusted EBITDA of Rs 59.1 crore, up 29% YoY, with its adjusted EBITDA margin improving to 12.8% from 12.4%. The emerging business narrowed its adjusted EBITDA margin loss to 21.2% from 31.5%, while its contribution margin improved to 15.4% from 10.1%.
