LTM CEO Venu Lambu outlines H2 growth drivers, including financial services recovery, a technology business rebound and rising AI demand, with Randstad acquisition expected to support FY28 growth.
Mumbai-based AI-centric global technology services and consulting company LTM aims to keep its FY27 growth rate as close as possible to the level achieved in FY26, with expectations of a stronger performance in FY28.
Venu Lambu, Managing Director and CEO of LTM, said the company remains optimistic about the second half, driven by rising demand for artificial intelligence (AI)-led services. However, the revenue impact from Saudi Arabia is permanent, and the company is not factoring in growth from that market over the next two quarters.
Looking ahead to FY28, LTM expects further growth acceleration, supported by investments in AI capabilities and the planned completion of its Randstad acquisition. The deal, which has annualised revenue of nearly $500 million, is expected to expand LTM's presence in mainland Europe and Australia.
The stock was trading at ₹4,187 at 9:19 am on the NSE and has declined more than 25% over the past year.
In the July-September quarter (Q2FY27), LTM reported revenue of ₹11,807.6 crore, a profit after tax (PAT) of ₹1,379 crore and an EBIT margin of 15.60%.
You have said that H2 will be better than H1, and the goal is for FY27 growth to get as close as possible to FY26.
