Awfis’ Q2 Profit Almost Doubles YoY To ₹31 Cr, Revenue Up 20%

Coworking space provider Awfis’ consolidated net profit for the September quarter surged 92.8% YoY to ₹30.8 Cr from ₹16 Cr in the same quarter last year. Sequentially, profit increased 28.5% from ₹24 Cr. 

Operating revenue grew 19.6% YoY to ₹438.7 Cr in Q2 FY27 from ₹366.9 Cr in the year-ago quarter. On a sequential basis, the top line increased just 3.2% from ₹424.9 Cr. 

Awfis made ₹25.6 Cr in other income, taking the company’s total income to ₹464.3 Cr during the quarter under review. The company reported a tax expense of ₹44.2 Lakh with no exceptional items. Its total comprehensive income for the quarter stood at ₹30.6 Cr. 

Total expenses increased 15% YoY to ₹433 Cr from ₹376.6 Cr in the previous year.
