Apple has announced a new set of updates to Apple Creator Studio, bringing AI-powered features and additional creative tools to Final Cut Pro, Logic Pro, Pixelmator Pro, Keynote, Pages and Numbers.
The update spans video editing, music production, image creation and everyday productivity, with a focus on helping users complete more tasks without switching between multiple apps.
For video creators, Final Cut Pro for Mac will integrate MotionVFX content, including effects, transitions, templates and motion graphics. Its Content Hub will also add stock video footage alongside photos and backgrounds, allowing editors to source assets within the editing workflow.
Pixelmator Pro is getting Generate Fill, a feature that lets users select part of an image and describe the changes they want in natural language. The tool is designed to match the lighting, perspective and texture of the surrounding image, while allowing users to continue refining edits through layers.
Music production is another focus. Logic Pro for Mac will introduce a new intelligent assistant in beta, designed to help users navigate production workflows, set up vocal tracks and refine projects. Its Stem Splitter will also gain the ability to isolate and rebalance drum parts, while a redesigned sound browser will make it easier to search loops, instruments and effects.
Apple is also bringing AI assistance into its productivity apps. In Keynote, the assistant can help design and refine presentations; in Pages, it can draft and restructure written content; and in Numbers, it can organise data, create tables and recommend charts.
