The platform’s relaunched exhibit website lists official partners, agentic use cases and more in an effort to inspire developers to integrate X data into their apps.
X has rebuilt its API Exhibit website, which provides an overview of some of the best use cases for the X API. The website offers a list of applications that have successfully integrated X data and functionality in creative and valuable ways.
X’s re-created Exhibit lists official partners, public utility apps and agentic use cases, all of which could give developers inspiration as to how they can integrate X data into their applications.
As explained by X: “Rebuilt from the ground up to help you showcase your X API app and get discovered.”
X said that the updated Exhibit UI now includes more ways for developers to customize their listing. Developers can also submit Grok Bot templates and agent skill files, and the display also includes Grok Bot templates to help developers build and launch their projects.
X has been working to re-establish connection with developers after it cut off their access in an effort to block artificial intelligence developers from scraping its data.
In 2024, X significantly increased its API pricing , which put many connected apps out of business. The platform revised its approach in 2025 , with new pricing tiers designed to appeal to smaller developers. Even so, the company’s push to keep AI developers out has meant that it can only offer very limited API access at low cost, which has limited its developer appeal.
