Agorapulse Launches MCP to Let Social Media Teams Work from Claude, ChatGPT, and Microsoft Copilot Studio

PARIS, October 29, 2026 – Agorapulse, the social media management platform, today announced the Agorapulse MCP server. Social media teams can now connect Claude, ChatGPT, or Microsoft Copilot Studio to Agorapulse so they can work with their social media data within their preferred AI assistant.

The AI works from the team’s real social performance, conversations, and audience, so every report, post, and reply it drafts is built on the brand’s own data. Nothing goes out until someone on the team approves it.

Setup takes a few minutes and needs no code. A user adds Agorapulse as a connector in their AI settings and signs in with their Agorapulse account. Each person connects with their own login, so the AI assistant only sees the profiles and data that person can access in Agorapulse, Agorapulse doesn’t keep a copy of the data your AI reads.

With the Agorapulse MCP server, social media teams customize the way they use the inbox, listening, and reporting features. Once connected, teams can:

Teams can combine Agorapulse data with the other tools connected to their AI, such as web analytics or email marketing, in a single report.

Agorapulse built the connector so teams keep the final say on what goes public. The AI assistant confirms every inbox reply with the user before sending it. When an approval workflow covers the profile, the reply waits for a manager. Agorapulse also chose not to give their AI assistants a “publish now” action: drafts land in Agorapulse, where the team reviews them before anything goes live.
