From AdvaMed’s meeting in San Francisco to a robotics conference in Rome, next year’s calendar is already filled with medtech events to attend.

The 2027 slate of medtech conferences is already filling up, with key meetings in San Francisco, Las Vegas and Rome. Representatives from top companies, industry professionals and regulators will be coming from around the world to listen in and learn about topics ranging from artificial intelligence and surgical robotics to cardiac care and diabetes technology.

The year kicks off, as it always does, with the J.P. Morgan Healthcare Conference in San Francisco. The event will provide attendees with a glimpse into the biggest companies in the industry at the beginning of the year, where they’ll recap 2026 and look ahead to 2027. The schedule will then turn to Las Vegas and Boston, where the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and DeviceTalks Boston will host their annual meetings.

AdvaMed’s The Medtech Conference, one of the biggest events of the year for the medtech industry, will take place in San Francisco in October. Some of the top companies from the medical device industry will be in attendance and present throughout the three days, and there will be an exhibit hall showcasing the latest technologies in the space.
