Korean developer Flyway Games has unveiled a brand-new trailer for Waltz and Jam, their upcoming hand-drawn action-adventure platformer starring a ghost and his loyal spirit puppy. Debuted during the Game Devs of Color Expo Direct, the new trailer offers another look at the game’s beautifully crafted world, charming characters, and inventive gameplay.
According to a press release, in Waltz and Jam, you’ll take on the role of Waltz, a lost and innocent ghost traveling through a mysterious afterlife alongside his loyal spirit puppy, Jam. Together, the unlikely duo must navigate seven unique realms inspired by the Seven Deadly Sins, solving environmental puzzles, battling strange creatures, uncovering hidden secrets, and discovering new abilities along the way.
Jam is more than just a companion. As Waltz and Jam progress through their journey together, the lovable spirit puppy develops incredible abilities that open new paths, help overcome obstacles, and give the pair an edge in dangerous encounters. Combined with a collection of toys left behind by legendary craftsmen, players will have plenty of creative tools at their disposal as they work toward the Gate of Judgement.
