The New LEGO Discounts for Amazon’s Prime Big Deal Days Are Great Builds for Adults

It's time for Amazon's Big Prime Big Deal Days sale on LEGO, which runs both today (October 6) and tomorrow (October 7). And not to be outdone Target and Walmart are having sales too. When the big retailers compete against each other, it's the consumer who benefits.

These deals are considerable – anywhere from 30% to 50% off the sticker price. And for a brand like LEGO – which is often prohibitively expensive and rarely on sale – it's an opportunity to get that rare set that you wanted, but couldn't rationalize within your budget.

We covered most of the discounted LEGO sets on sale at other retailers, but Amazon's official deals went live today. Check them out below.

This recreation of Phaorah Kufu's final resting place is available on Amazon for 30% off the retail price. The only Ancient Wonder still standing, the Great Pyramid is a testament to man's ambition and ingenuity. Its LEGO counterpart celebrates that ingenuity;lift the outer shell, and you'll see a tableau visualizing how it might have been built. On the back side, you'll see a map of the King's and Queen's chambers plus the main tunnels.
