There are three Melody Sheets of Notre-Dame in Castlevania: Belmont's Curse, which are:

The Melody Sheet for the Fugue of Notre-Dame is located in the Great Organ Room, which can be found in the southern part of Notre-Dame. To reach it, start your journey in Notre-Dame from the right side, then make sure to take the southern route to reach the lower part of the map.
