The Best Anime Movies on Crunchyroll, Officially Ranked

Updated on October 14, 2026, by Mark Sammut: I've updated this article with two more movies: Demon Slayer: Infinity Castle and The Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya. I also expanded the headings for each film.

Crunchyroll's TV series lineup is second to none, but the subscription service also has a pretty fantastic collection of anime movies. Except for the big blockbusters like Demon Slayer: Infinity Castle, Crunchyroll doesn't seem to advertise its film library all that much, with the site not even including an obvious section dedicated to cinematic releases. Therefore, you might need to do some digging to find what you want... alternatively, you can just check out the movies listed in this article!

The site has masterpieces created by decorated directors, fun popcorn flicks with stellar animation, and sequels (or filler) to beloved TV shows. I cannot possibly cover everything available on Crunchyroll, but I can at least put together a crash course containing what I believe are its best movies. Naturally, I recommend checking out Crunchyroll's lineup, as you might find something that I didn't mention.

Please note that these movies are available in the U.S., and Crunchyroll's library is different in other regions. For instance, Fate/stay night [Heaven's Feel] doesn't appear to be available in Europe.

Look, you don't need me to tell you anything about Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Infinity Castle I . Everybody knows ufotable's movie, which is the first chapter in a trilogy that will finally bring Demon Slayer to a close.
