Solo Leveling Season 3 Announces Official Return On November 5

10 months ago, Solo Leveling: Ragnarok Season 2 reached its end, and this abrupt conclusion came due to the artist taking a leave due to military enlistment. While we were unsure whether the series would return in 2026 or not, we finally have official confirmation unveiling details about Solo Leveling Ragnarok's comeback.

On October 30, 2026, it was officially announced by Kakao Entertainment that Solo Leveling Ragnarok Season 3 is set to return on November 5, 2026. This new season of this series will officially begin with a brand-new artist at the helm, giving us three new chapters, spanning chapters 69 to 71. New, exciting content is coming soon with the involvement of a brand-new artist, Sanjimseung, to illustrate the journey of Sung Suho once again.

In 2026, Solo Leveling has had a rather uneventful year. The anime for the franchise ended its run in 2025 with the conclusion of Season 2, and while we do have a new confirmation for an upcoming movie, titled “Solo Leveling: Beyond the System,” we also know that it isn't releasing until next year, in 2027. The uneventful year was only made worse when, at the very start of it, on January 7, the manhwa for the sequel, Solo Leveling: Ragnarok, went on an indefinite hiatus with the conclusion of its second season and the end of Chapter 68. This hiatus came out of nowhere, but the reason was revealed via a comment from the artist, Jin. The artist confirmed his own retirement from the project, stating that he had to enlist in the military, and with the conscription lasting 2 years, Solo Leveling: Ragnarok would either have to wait for him to return or switch to a new artist.
