Prudence's Commission Guide in Dressmaker

Prudence is one of the first customers you'll meet in Dressmaker, and she has a rather odd request. She wants you to close the shop because she doesn't want other women buying clothes from you and catching the Duke’s eye. She's after an elegant, glamorous dress that will help her stand out, although the fact that she plans to wear it to the Duke's uncle's funeral makes the whole thing weird. If you are trying to complete Prudence's request in this indie game, here's how you can do it.

From Style Savvy to Love Nikki, the modern gaming landscape is full of fashion games to satisfy fans.

Once you complete your conversation with Prudence, you need to take her measurements. Here are the correct measurements:

Next, choose the fabric. Use the tags when shopping to narrow down the options. Select Elegant and Glamour to find something that fits Prudence's requirements. She specifically doesn't want a black dress, so make sure to avoid black fabric.

I went with Burnt Thistle Velvet, which meets the requirements. You will need around 3 meters, but I'd recommend buying some extra. For the dress itself, I used the Plunging Neckline Bodice, no collar, Butterfly Sleeves, and Mermaid Skirt. This combination meets Prudence's requirements.

You can add accessories if you want, but they are not necessary.

After choosing everything, you will need to place the pattern pieces on the fabric and cut them out. Pay attention to the grainline while moving the pieces since you want to get it as high as possible.
