The Pokemon World Championships have announced that they will be held in Singapore in 2027. Fans have been curious about where the annual Pokemon World Championships might go after spending two years in California, and now they have their answer.

Pokemon GO players who missed out on their opportunity to get Armored Mewtwo are in luck, as the Pokemon is officially returning to the game.

During the closing ceremony of the Pokemon World Championships, it was announced that the location and dates for 2027's competition had been determined. In 2027, the competition will return to Asia for the first time in years, and this time will be held in Singapore. The event will be held from August 13–15, 2027. The last time the event was held in Asia was back in 2023, when the Pokemon World Championships were held in Japan.
