The first time I stumbled across the river otters in Planet Zoo 2, I stopped doing whatever responsible zoo-management task I was supposed to be doing at that moment and watched them for a while instead. They were ridiculously adorable: paddling around their habitat with unbothered enthusiasm that makes you want to abandon your job and move to the woods so you canbe the eccentric local woman whose personality revolves around watching small mammals. My guests could have been rioting outside the gift shop for all I cared. The otters were busy being otters, and I had discovered the game's greatest feature: sometimes the best thing to do in a management simulator is absolutely nothing.
