The One Piece manga is currently in its final stretch, which feels a bit surreal, considering the series has been ongoing since 1997. It has been Shueisha's strongest performer in years. So to see it get so close, being so close to a conclusion, is really shocking, but fans should not be worried, as the Final War will ensure that the series ends on a high note.
One Piece chapter 1198 will continue the Imu battle by unleashing Loki's hybrid form.
Before the story wraps up, Oda must bring certain fights to their conclusion. This means using characters who are stronger than 90% of the cast. In the Final War, Luffy and his friends will have to utilize the best powers available to them to beat these individuals. Luckily for them, Oda will give them the appropriate tools to counter them.
Usopp is the sniper of the Straw Hat Pirates. He joined the crew in the East Blue Saga and since then has remained loyal to his friends. Usopp is very rarely the strongest person in the room, but that hasn't stopped him from putting his life on the line for those whom he holds dear to his heart.
Unfortunately, Usopp has been stuck at the same power level for a considerable number of arcs, but that should change in the Final War. Usopp still has to face many dangerous foes, and he won't be able to do it at his current level. So, clearly Oda needs to address the issue.
