One Piece Is Officially Welcoming The 3 Strongest New Generation Pirates

One Piece is currently in the climax of the Elbaf arc as the series awaits the release of chapter 1194 on September 27, 2026, in Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump Issue #44. The current stretch of chapters highlights the three strongest new-generation pirates that Eiichiro Oda has set up to surpass all others in the world of One Piece, that is, the Monster Trio of the Straw Hats — Luffy, Zoro, and Sanji.

In the new generation of pirates, there are a lot of worthy individuals who possess strength of the highest order, but none hold as much potential as the Straw Hat Monster Trio. By the end of One Piece, they are destined to be the three strongest, especially as they become masters of the Color of the Supreme King in the Elbaf arc.

The Monster Trio dynamic of One Piece has always highlighted Luffy, Zoro, and Sanji as the three strongest individuals within the Straw Hat Pirates. However, when it comes to the new generation of pirates as a whole, there are other powerful individuals present in the One Piece world as well who hold the potential to reach the top spots. Towards the end of the Wano Country arc, specifically, in One Piece chapter 1057, which was officially released on August 22, 2022, in Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump Issue 38, Eiichiro Oda highlighted Eustass Kid, Monkey D. Luffy, and Trafalgar Law as the strongest emerging force of the new era. Things have changed drastically since then.
