On October 11, 2026, One Piece chapter 1195 was officially published in Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump Issue 46, and needless to say, it stands as one of the most exciting chapters in the Elbaf arc that we have received.

While the vast majority of the chapter was focused on Sanji, the cook of the Straw Hat Pirates, who was fighting against Saint Killingham of the Holy Knights, it also did wonders for the lore of the One Piece world. It threw quite a lot of focus on Robin's group, who were in the secret warehouse of the Owl's Library. In this particular segment of the story, Eiichiro Oda ended up revealing the strongest woman in the world of One Piece to us in the form of Nefertari Lily. She is now confirmed to have resided in the strongest country in the entire world, Elbaf.

Elbaf has long been described as the warland in the world of One Piece . Its first mention came to us in the Little Garden arc at the very beginning of Luffy's journey into the Grand Line, and it wasn't until One Piece chapter 1126, released on September 16, 2024, that the Elbaf arc finally began.
